Zynski Bakes

Hey guys, welcome to my little dream. My name is Hayley Pokorzynski and I am the Creator of Zynski Bakes.

The idea was baked when I was helping my little sister with her Kitchen Tea and I wanted to make cute Macarons for the table. I shared on my social media page and the rest is history, I went from making and decorating around 20 Macarons a week to now, a year later over 1400 a week, plus Cupcakes and cookies.

As it grew I decided it needed its own dedicated space. Recently I won an award for 'Emerging Success' and '2021 Runner Up Business of the year', these awards reminded me to reflect on my journey and how far I have come form my humble home kitchen to an entire Kitchen studio that also employs 3 local employees.

Who am I, really?

Well I am a bright colour loving 30 something year old wife of Luke and Mum of a 5 -year-old, hurricane named Hazel. I grew up in Melbourne and on a random job opportunity 13 years ago, I moved to the Riverland with my husband. 

I have a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Art at La Trobe University in Bendigo Victoria. I feel gives me more depth to my designs as I am always refreshing my design skills to ensure my palette stays current.
